The Political Affairs Review at Carolina (PARC) is a student-run publication dedicated to serving the Carolina community by connecting UNC-Chapel Hill to local, statewide, national, and global political issues.

As the editorial arm of the Center for Political Affairs at Carolina, PARC is committed to nonpartisan coverage. Nonpartisan does not mean our content is free of opinions. Rather, we seek to present many sides of every argument, along with objective reporting on a wide range of topics.

We believe thoughtful political writing should be open to every student. We are always looking for motivated and talented writers, and we welcome occasional contributors as well as regular staff writers. Put simply, if you want to write for us, we want to work with you.

We publish new content regularly on our website and social media platforms.

If you would like to learn more or get involved, please email our editor-in-chief. You can find their contact information on the Team page under the About tab.
